At the end of last year we had an Andor spinning disc here at the facility for a week. I've finally got around to putting some of the data on here! On the whole I think it was pretty well received by those who ran samples through it. Here are a couple of time lapse movies of GFP tagged peroxisomes from the Baker lab (green is GFP, red is autofluorescence from chloroplasts)
